Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return. You are not obligated to give any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, with labels, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@calinastics.com. 

Upon receipt of your return you will be refunded the full amount of your order (purchase price including shipping costs from Calinastics to you). The customer has to cover the costs for shipping the return. If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective or faulty, we will check this in each individual case and refund the costs for the return.

The return shipment should be sent with tracking, so that you can prove that you have sent a package to us. In this case, Calinastics takes the risk of the return shipment, without tracking, the risk lies with the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@calinastics.com.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was made. You can always contact us for any return question at info@calinastics.com.
